About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Drake, you'll be at the heart of connecting exceptional talent with leading businesses across Singapore. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in growing our brand and impact in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, client management, placement)
Building and nurturing client and candidate relationships
Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth
Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in our database
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related sales role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in a specific industry vertical (e.g., finance, tech, healthcare) is a plus
