Deputy Manager / Manager, Technical & Sustainability Services Job Description Project Management of Asset Enhancement / Sustainable Urban Renewal projects - giving old buildings a new lease of life Organize and develop project brief, design criteria, costing estimate, planning of work, and procurement for asset enhancement projects Liaise with external partners such as consultants/suppliers/contractors/vendors, and ensure that project schedule, quality, budget, interdisciplinary coordination, requirements and specifications are met Provide technical support, with focus on Electrical, Controls and Building Automation Systems to internal teams—e.g., Property Management / Facility Management teams—to help ensure our building operations are efficient and sustainable Collate sustainability data across the Company, support annual sustainability reporting, and prepare materials for quarterly Board meetings or any ESG‐related meetings Job Requirements Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), or Engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in the built environment industry with experience in asset enhancement initiatives, asset improvement works, retrofits for commercial buildings or institution/mixed‐use developments Knowledge in green building, M&E (with emphasis on electrical, controls, building automation), materials, and cost & contract management Broad knowledge of industry partners, practices, construction methods and materials, current technology and the preparation and use of contract documents in construction projects Ability to calculate simple financial returns and appreciate basic financial models Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Candidates who are Energy Auditors, and / or with hands‐on experience and knowledge in ACMV/BAS systems are preferred Possess robust analytical expertise and problem‐solving abilities, adept at identifying and tackling complex issues from multiple angles and crafting inventive solutions Ability to anticipate and prepare for the future, based on trends and insights, and collaborate with partners to plan and navigate complex and uncertain situations Business Segment Real Estate Platform Operating Division Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Keppel (Real Estate Division) by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
