Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Sets up product for ORT and monitor the product performance during testing as part of quality control programs.
Reports abnormalities found during ORT and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product quality issues identified during testing.
Performs sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.
Ensures raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards.
Ensures timely disposition of Non-Conformance Material, maintaining proper records of rejected parts and participates in Material Review Board (MRB) meetings.
Supports equipment calibration and liaise with certified labs for equipment requiring external calibration.
Maintains and monitors the ESD program, ensuring compliance with ESD control requirements.
May be required to work overtime or off-shift hours depending on testing needs.
Education & Experience
An education with a technical diploma or equivalent technical certificate.
Skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications and familiar with MS Office.
Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Working Conditions
This role is 100% onsite.
