If you share the same passion to pursue excellence, join us to make an impact and be part of something specialRole Summary You will be responsible for delivering a robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data‐driven analytics and systemic problem‐solving skills in the Photolithography module. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily operations of photolithography processes, including wafer coating, soft bake, alignment, exposure, post‐exposure bake and development. Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain quality and urgency. Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards. Assist in conducting experiments, analysing complex datasets, and deriving actionable insights to optimise manufacturing processes and precise controls. Support analysis of production anomalies and maintaining/improving statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes. Education, Qualification & Essential Experience Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related STEM field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer, possessing in‐depth knowledge. Experience working in a 12" (300mm) fab would be advantageous. Opportunity to travel to Taiwan for training (subject to needs and expectations).
