Job Title: CAD Professional

(A) Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and revising civil engineering drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project and authority requirements.

(B) Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed civil engineering drawings (e.g., site plans, roadworks, drainage, structural layouts) from sketches, notes, or specifications.
  • Update and revise drawings based on engineers' or consultants' instructions.
  • Verify that drawings comply with project standards, LTA/BCA requirements, and drafting guidelines.
  • Maintain and organize CAD files and drawing records.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve design and drafting issues.
  • Support in preparing as-built drawings for project handover.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

(C) Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / NITEC in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of CAD drafting experience with architectural and structural trades in the building construction industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
  • Experience in MRT/LTA projects is a definite advantage.
  • Prior experience in working in construction site preferred, especially in Civil Projects.
