What You'll Do:

  • Teach, inspire, and challenge students at all levels
  • Learn our proven coaching system and bring it to life

Who You Are:

  • You have chess experience: player, coach, or competitor (no need to be titled)
  • You are coachable, hungry to learn, and eager to grow
  • You understand that culture matters: you bring reliability, respect, and a commitment to excellence to every session
  • You value teamwork and believe in contributing to something bigger than yourself

  • You want to belong to an elite, ambitious, supportive team

What we're Looking for:

  • Certified and Experienced Coaches
    • Hold relevant certifications (FIDE, SCF, MOE, or equivalent).
    • Proven experience teaching students, running classes, or coaching in schools/competitions for at least 3 years.
    • Professional, ambitious, and committed to high standards.
  • No Certification? No Problem.
    • We offer an intensive, paid training program for motivated individuals without formal credentials.
    • Includes workshops, assistantship roles, practical tests, and official certifications (SCF, MOE, FIDE, First Aid).
    • Designed to fast-track your growth into a capable, professional coach.

Certifications:

  • FIDE Certification
  • MOE Certification
  • SCF Certification
  • First Aid Certification

Training:

For candidates with less than 3 years of coaching experience or without formal certification, we provide a structured, fully paid training pathway:

  • Trainee Phase (1–2 months) – Workshops, self-study, assistantship, and assessments.
  • Junior Coach Phase (3–4 months) – Advanced workshops, independent coaching hours, and official certifications.
  • Coach Pathway – Transition into full coaching roles with clear progression toward Senior and Master Coach positions.

Availability Requirements:

  • Available mostly on weekday afternoons
  • Can commit to at least 2 years

Remuneration:

  • Range 40-60 per hour depending on your experience
  • Trainee phase (Paid weekly)
