Description Overview Name of Authority: Choa Chu Kang Primary SchoolContract Period: From 01 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.Option to Extend: 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.Working Hour Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch breakFridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch breakService not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidaysJob Scopes Collaborate with external partners and manage after-school programmes where he/she will assist in the attendance and overall discipline of the group of studentsAssist Assistant Year Head (AYH) in charge with designing customised daily after-school programmes with prospective partners for segmented groups of high needs (HN) students to motivate and engage them to attend schoolKeep close monitoring on specific information of individual HN students during and after school. Track and report on the progress of these students, providing regular updates to the Head of Department (HOD) in chargeAssist in the organising Learning Journey for HN students with AYH in chargeProvide support to HR and administrative operations and carry out any other tasks/duties assigned by Administration Manager & School Leaders.
