Base pay range Responsibilities Gather, collate, and analyse requirements from business users, translating them into clear functional specifications for ALM Risk System enhancements. Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing business processes and system workflows. Design sound, adequate, and forward‐looking solutions that address evolving ALM business needs. Plan, schedule, and manage deliverables from initiation through successful implementation within agreed timelines. Develop comprehensive test plans, including test scenarios and test cases to validate IT deliverables. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Simulation Testing, and Live Verification to ensure system functionality meets requirements. Formulate and maintain a roadmap for ALM Risk Systems that supports both current and future business needs. Provide functional support to business stakeholders and co‐manage production issues with technology partners. Requirements Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis. Understanding of ALM Risk concepts, including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk (e.g., LCR, NSFR, MCO, IRRBB). Experience implementing or managing ALM Risk Systems is a plus. Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation for IT stakeholders. Knowledge of machine learning and AI usage is beneficial. Proficient in SQL and Excel. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‐solving skills. Accountable, self‐motivated, and able to work independently.
