Job Description As a member of the HQ Regional Controllership Team in Sea Finance, you will play a key role in bridging HQ finance and respective country finance teams through leading and rolling out crucial projects and new developments. Collaborate with country finance teams to roll out crucial projects and new developments. Provide guidance to local finance team to ensure smooth month-end closing, accuracy of system data and any accounting related matters Liaise and direct the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecast exercises Manage crucial projects and other group level initiatives while managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Drive continuous improvement initiatives, potential finance and tax risks and propose feasible solutions to the team Any other tasks and projects assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ related discipline or other related professional qualification in accounting, such as Chartered Accountant and ACCA Minimum 4 years of relevant full-time working experience in Finance related roles Big 4 accounting firm experience would be a plus Strong team player who thrives on excellence and continuous improvement Passionate in the finance space and loves to challenge the status quo Enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment while delivering desired results Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel Willing to travel to local market within Asia for business trips #J-18808-Ljbffr
