Senior QA Tester / QA Lead We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Tester / QA Lead to drive quality across our real estate technology platforms, including property listing applications, backend systems, and APIs. This role ensures functional accuracy, performance reliability, and compliance with industry security standards, aligned with our QA Charter and regulatory guidelines. You will design and execute comprehensive quality strategies for real estate solutions—covering load and performance testing, negative scenario validation, security and compliance checks, and backend API assurance. As QA Lead, you will define QA processes, embed quality checkpoints into project stage gates, mentor the QA team, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and security specialists to ensure every release meets user expectations and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities QA Charter Implementation: Lead the adoption of QA standards across real estate platforms (property listing portals, CRM systems, APIs), including security testing aligned with industry regulations.
