What's the role?You will provide support for new and existing Bloomberg clients. You will collaborate with Sales to address clients' connectivity requirements, lead the installation of Bloomberg Terminals, and coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver access to the Bloomberg infrastructure. You will resolve technical issues and proactively maintain Bloomberg performance, including circuit usage and network performance. We'll Trust You To Support technical issues and inquiries regarding Bloomberg Terminal software, hardware offerings and network connectivity Engage with internal and external partners to resolve service issues Coordinate installation and maintain customers' connectivity to Bloomberg's network Work proactively with clients to implement recommended hardware and network infrastructure strategies to improve their experience with Bloomberg's products and services Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders to meet project deadlines within service quality standards You'll Need To Have A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field Business proficiency in English and either Mandarin, Thai or Hindi to support clients in these markets A demonstrable interest in technology and the fintech services industry Ability to pick up new technologies and concepts quickly Experience multitasking within a high‐volume environment with simultaneous projects and tasks Demonstrated experience coordinating with multiple teams to meet deadlines Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend work Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization We'd Love To See Working experience in network technologies (TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, etc.), PC hardware, operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS), and software suites (MS Office)Experience with telecommunications lines, basic network design and security Exposure to vendor cloud technology (AWS, Azure)Experience setting up and troubleshooting virtual environments (VMware, Citrix, etc.)Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate resolutions to difficult scenarios If This Sounds Like You Apply if you think we're a good match.
