Your role within the team Product Innovation Management – Responsible for leading new and existing product development projects from ideation to launch in Asia markets Collaboration – Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure that innovation projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Project Efficiency – Track project progress, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across cross-functional departments Key responsibilities Project Management – Planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation to launch through a defined Stage Gate / Launch process Milestones & planning – Set milestones and deliver detailed project plans for Asia region Resource prioritization – Outline clear priorities for resource allocation based on commercial returns and business objectives Risk Management – Build and communicate a detailed Risk Mitigation Plan with proactive management and monitoring of risk Change management – Identify and manage project scope changes, communicating them to relevant stakeholders Cross-functional coordination – Coordinate R&D with Commercial Marketing, Sourcing and other functions to ensure project success External partnerships – Manage relationships and communication with external partners including contract manufacturers Project and Performance Tracking – Monitor and report project progress and key performance metrics of new launches Portfolio management – Track portfolio movements and recommend expansion opportunities using category insights and strategic priorities Desired Skills and Experience To be considered for this opportunity, please meet the following criteria: Bachelor degree holder in any related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management position, ideally in FMCG or health and wellness PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or Prince2 qualifications are an advantage Proactive and self-driven Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and influencing skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Candidate with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager role H&H Group believes in a diverse and inclusive workplace and aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
