Roles & Responsibilities The Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound with high level of service quality, patient care, efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities Perform all diagnostic ultrasound services according to standards described in SOP. Ensure examination is performed to the correct patient and observes safety rule and respective procedural consents described in SOP. Ensure accuracy in ultrasound reports and ensure all records are properly documented Ensure patients’ safety, physical and emotional well-being is taken care of during and after the examination. Perform on-call and after hours duties when necessary, ensure prompt response which is in line with the prescribed standard of the Hospital. Perform daily QA procedures on equipment according to manufacturers’ recommendations to ensure optimal performance of these equipment. Perform any other duties as instructed by the Manager. Qualifications Bachelor in Applied Science (Radiography) or Diploma in Radiography from recognized institutions or equivalent Member of professional institutions, local or overseas. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Sonographer in Singapore Good customer service, telephone and public relations skill. Proficient in MS Office applications – Words, Excel and Powerpoint. Good command of spoken, written English, and a second language. Working knowledge of PACS system.
