Roles & Responsibilities

Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Crew to join our team at our indoor playground. As a Senior Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for children and their families. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the playground, manage a team of crew members, and maintain a clean and organized environment. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling and managing customer visit experience.
  • Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety.
  • Assist in daily playground cleaning & hygiene related work.
  • Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage.
  • Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment.
  • Assist in planning of duty roster and cleaning schedule.
  • Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
  • Assist in managing & leading part time and junior service crew.
  • Support day to day admission check in/out process.
  • Support day to day event activities and performance.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays.
  • Capability to stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • This is a FULL TIME position.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • At least GCE 'N'/'O' Level Certificate.
