Roles & Responsibilities Job Scope: Provide counsel on workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development initiatives. Ensure HR strategies adhere to organisationand long-term objectives. Anticipate future workforce needs Design and implement frameworks for end-to-end talent management strategies and training roadmaps Coach and support managers in effective performance management, leadership techniques, and team development. Focus on building long-term capacity across the organisation through targeted development initiatives. Identify organisational training need and collaborate with external trainers and institutions to supplement internal learning initiatives. Monitor and evaluated training programs to measure effectiveness and ensure a clear return on investment. Review HR policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure full legal compliance and alignment with industry best practices. Led the communication and implementation of new policies across the organization to ensure consistent adoption. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm Check Aber Care Website for more details.
