Architectural Laboratory Planner / Designer We are seeking a Laboratories Planner/Designer with 3‐5 years of experience in designing and/or executing laboratories, clean rooms and similar facilities. The ideal candidate should bring the relevant skills and knowledge to develop both greenfield and A&A projects, including an understanding of user needs and the ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination through all project phases. Key Responsibilities Work with department leads on planning for new builds and A&A projects. Conduct workshops & meetings with relevant stakeholders to map workflows and translate needs into efficient spatial programs. Ensure full compliance with prevailing Statutory Guidelines and the relevant international standards, including Design for Safety, Design for Maintainability, and Universal Design. Detailed Planning & Documentation: Develop functional diagrams, zoning layouts, adjacency matrices, and space programs. Review or produce design documentation and collaborate with architectural and MEP consultants. Coordinate with consultants, contractors and client-side project teams across all project phases. Help build scalable planning tools and internal design standards. Minimum Requirements Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent from a recognized institution. 3‐5 years of relevant experience in the related scope. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and presentation software (InDesign, PowerPoint, etc.). Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows. Bonus Skillsets Experience collaborating with external stakeholders. Familiarity with Singapore compliance frameworks. *Candidates who require a work visa sponsorship will not be considered.
