Merchandising and organization: Restock shelves, create product displays, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and organized. Inventory management: Conduct inventory checks, report discrepancies, and help with receiving and stocking new merchandise. Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff to support daily store operations and achieve sales goals. Required skills and qualifications Customer service and communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills for tasks like inventory management and processing transactions. Training will be provided at all levels. Basic math skills: To handle sales transactions accurately. Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability: Capable of lifting and moving heavy items as needed. Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is often desirable, but may not be absolute necessary. A learning mindset is a must.
