You will be working in the Digital Business team within the Digital Transformation division. This team is in-charge of driving all digital revenues, strategize and implement all eCommerce platforms, MarTech and AdTech solutions to drive incremental revenues by increasing relevancies. You will be a vital driver of our digital success. You will oversee all media campaigns with a specific focus on driving digital revenue. We\u2019re looking for someone with a strong background in performance media, media planning, and digital channels. You should be analytical and proactive, able to identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and launch new media initiatives. You will spend your day collaborating with our internal stakeholders and media agency to drive media performance and online acquisition. This includes reviewing and optimizing media strategies, audience tactics, and media plans to deliver outstanding results for the business. You\u2019ll be the expert who makes recommendations and communicates actionable insights to key stakeholders, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. Roles & Responsibilities Be accountable for driving digital performance and online acquisition. Manage the day-to-day operations of all digital and integrated media campaigns, ensuring a high standard of operational excellence. Drive data-driven analysis to generate actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness. Manage campaign budgets to ensure effective spending that maximizes acquisition. Identify new opportunities and lead an experimentation approach to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns. Work closely with internal stakeholders and our media agency to review and optimize campaigns and implement new strategies. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing strategies and techniques. Proven experience with digital media and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, GMP, Facebook Business Manager and GA4. You can confidently connect platform performance to business objectives. Excellent understanding of digital media planning, implementation, and optimization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate priorities, objectives, and deliverables. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven ability to create and manage performance dashboards and reports, with strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel to analyse campaign data, track budgets, and present findings to stakeholders. A self-motivated, results-oriented team player with excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
