What the role is To support the implementation of the regulatory transformation review of regulatory functions across the healthcare sector. This position requires the candidate to manage and track multiple projects concurrently, identify and help address any implementation issues as well as consolidate, summarise and recommend suitable proposals to senior management. The candidate would be required to work with senior management and different stakeholders across different organisations, including dealing with external parties, in a fast paced environment. What you will be working on 1. Be part of the core team that supports the smooth execution of the regulatory transformation review to transform Singapore’s healthcare regulatory ecosystem. Assist in the regulatory function stocktaking across agencies and map functional processes to identify potential areas to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness. Propose improvements and changes to processes and organisation re‑design. Work closely with senior management to develop transformation strategies and implement workstreams. Serve as liaison officer between different stakeholder agencies. Track and ensure timelines of different projects are met. 2. Support the communications, engagement and change management plans to stakeholders and staff. Design and implement appropriate communications and engagement initiatives; collate, analyse and report feedback. 3. Staffing and secretariat support. Coordinate working group meetings, including meeting arrangements, circulation of meeting materials, and minutes taking. Provide secretarial and administrative support for various committees and working groups set up in relation to regulatory transformation review. Post discussions, collate required information, analyse data and make insightful recommendations. What we are looking for Possess knowledge in Business or Biomedical Sciences or a related field. Experience in health products and/or healthcare regulations would be advantageous. Experience in conducting business process reviews and organisation transformation would be a plus. Key Competencies High competency in both written and verbal communication. Conducted project management and stakeholder engagement. Experience in conducting business process reviews. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaborative problem‑solving and ability to work in a team. Demonstrated ability to deliver results on complex, multi‑stakeholder projects. Able to manage competing deadlines and objectives.
