Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Music and PE lessons that foster creativity, physical literacy, and confidence in learners. Use inquiry-based and student-centered approaches, adapting instruction to different developmental stages and learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Music and PE across the curriculum, creating meaningful cross-disciplinary connections. Assess and monitor student growth in both subject areas, providing feedback and targeted support to enhance progress. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and self-expression. Organize and lead school-wide events such as concerts, performances, sports days, and extracurricular activities. Communicate regularly with parents, offering guidance on supporting children\'s artistic and physical development at home. Stay current with best practices in arts, physical education, and holistic child development, incorporating innovative teaching approaches. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Physical Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience in primary or international school settings. Familiarity with inquiry-based, student-centered, and differentiated teaching strategies. Experience working with multiple curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, Common Core, AERO) is an advantage. Strong classroom management and the ability to create inclusive, positive learning environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with colleagues, students, and parents. Passion for inspiring children to develop a lifelong love of music, movement, and well-being.
