LG Foods is looking for a Marketing Executive who is enthusiastic about using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to elevate our brand’s presence. In this role, you'll develop and implement engaging social media strategies, create captivating content, and manage campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your role will be key in driving brand visibility, fostering online engagement, and contributing to our growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Devise comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Lead marketing initiatives by creating marketing calendar and implement integrated marketing campaigns by targeting offline, online an on-premises channels. Trade Marketing Execution: Collaborate with commercial team to develop and execute effective point-of-sale materials and merchandising displays to increase brand visibility in stores. Drive the online presence of the brand through e-commerce platforms and other digital channels such as website and social media platforms. Create social calendar and optimize online content, ensuring alignment with trade-focused objectives. Visit the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights to improve marketing efforts. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Ensure effective communication and coordination between inter-departments. Qualifications: Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, including campaign development, content creation, and analytics. Skills: Strong creative skills with the ability to create visually appealing content. Proficiency with social media platforms and advertising tools. Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the food industry or product marketing is an advantage.
