about the company An established banking client with a mandate to increase growth in the region and sustainable developmentabout the job Support origination of deals through engaging and pitching to clients and develop new business client relationships Conduct credit analysis and put up credit proposals, due diligence and negotiation of term sheets and documents Sensitivity analysis and building of financial models Working closely with relevant departments, manage, execute and handle the deal process from origination to loan drawdown Evaluate and manage waiver and consent requests etc from clients about the manager/team Reporting to the Head of Structured Finance, you will be part of a lean and dynamic team with good teamwork and working cultureskills and experience required Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, Engineering and related discipline At least 4 years of experience in Structured Finance/ Project Finance in Corporate banking Strong financial and credit analysis skills, preferably with financial modelling skills To apply online please use the 'apply' function, alternatively you may contact Judy at judy.low(@)randstad.com.sg or drop me a message on LinkedIn at 94C3609/ R )
