About the Team
The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.
Job Title: SAP ERP Senior Manager
Job Description:
The candidate shall have experience managing complex SAP ERP implementation projects and supporting pre-sales. Must be able to communicate with CXO independently.
Pre-requisites:
Must have experience in managing medium to large scale SAP ERP implementation projects.
Must be equipped with any SAP modules (with certifications) and deep knowledge in any modules, e.g., FICO, HCM, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM, etc.
Must have experience in supporting pre-sales and managing customer CXOs independently.
Must have experience in S/4HANA implementation.
Logical and structured thinking.
Motivated to learn new technology.
Cloud experience.
Responsibilities:
Ability to manage the full project lifecycle from presales through to delivery.
Acts as a subject matter expert for the team, answering questions and providing guidance to team members.
Gathering and acting on market intelligence during the sales process.
Hands-on and in-depth SAP Functional knowledge.
Ensuring that our clients’ SAP ERP systems are functioning properly and helping their businesses operate well.
Work on pre-sales independently.
Requirements:
Must have more than 12 years of relevant experience in any SAP modules with 4 years of project manager and presales experience in SAP ERP solution consulting.
Proven experience in a senior SAP ERP role in a consulting environment will be highly advantageous.
Mandarin language skills will be considered advantageous.
Strong background in any modules, e.g., FICO, HR, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM, etc.
Experience in S/4HANA or cloud implementation.
Motivated to learn new technology.
Experience in developing interfaces with other SAP systems and third-party systems.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and short notice.
Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules.
