Guarding (Loss Prevention)Preventing losses and damages by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures. Overseeing daily retail operations from a security perspective. Guarding against theft and maintaining security by looking out for potential thefts. Reporting rule infractions and violations. Apprehending criminals and evicting violators. Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, including interviewing witnesses and obtaining signatures. Security Monitoring Analyzing current theft and contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Investigating thefts and filing police reports. Others Conducting security training for new staff and promoters. Overseeing the daily operations of outsourced security personnel. Any ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirement At least 1-2 years of relevant experience Good organizing and planning skills with the ability to multi-task Strong understanding of building & regulatory compliance requirements Good initiative, dependable, energetic and team player Good time management skill Proficient in Microsoft Office Good interpersonal & communication skills Security certificate including Monitoring, Crowd Control and Unarmed Perm Night Shift Working Hours 8pm to 7am #J-18808-Ljbffr
