We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of piling and foundation projects across the region. This role is designed for a high-caliber project manager ready to grow into Head of Projects, shaping project strategy, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of piling and foundation projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Manage project profitability, cost control, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop project strategies, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to resolve complex challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, safety, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration with procurement and operations to optimize materials, equipment, and subcontractor management.
  • Promote business growth and operational strategy as part of the pathway to Head of Projects.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in piling/foundation projects.
  • A proven track record managing projects with direct P&L accountability.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ambition to progress into a Head of Projects role.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and capable of influencing project outcomes at all levels.
