About Super Sushi Super Sushi is one of Singapore’s fastest-growing halal sushi kiosk brands, known for our bold local fusion flavours and fun, fast-casual concept. With multiple outlets across major malls, we’re on a mission to make fresh, affordable sushi an everyday indulgence. We’re now looking for an Area Manager to join our expanding operations team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment and takes pride in driving excellence across multiple outlets. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations across multiple Super Sushi kiosks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence. Lead, coach, and motivate outlet managers and team members — building high-performing teams through mentorship, training, and structured reviews. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are upheld at all times. Monitor and optimise stock management, cost control, and waste reduction across outlets. Analyse sales and operational performance, identify improvement areas, and execute action plans. Maintain strong communication between store teams and HQ — fostering teamwork, ownership, and accountability. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company goals. What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience managing multiple F&B outlets (kiosk or QSR experience preferred). Strong leadership and people-management skills with a proven ability to train, motivate, and develop teams. Solid operational understanding — scheduling, inventory, SOPs, P&L awareness. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable — able to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment. Valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
