About The Role We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially‑mindful Head of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and financial business partnering across our Asia portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain financial models to drive insight and data‑driven decision making. Lead regional financial performance reviews and support local teams in FP&A best practices. Ensure financial discipline in a complex, multi‑market environment. Serve as a key thought partner to senior regional leadership. Who we are looking for Degree qualified in finance or accounting with a CA / CPA. 10 – 15 years of finance and accounting experience, ideally with a top‑tier professional services firm and regional/global exposure. 3 – 5 years of leadership and team management experience. Conversant with International Accounting Standards and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
