This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join the team at COSL Drilling Pan Pacific Ltd, a leading Oil & Gas drilling company in the West Region. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services to support the company's operations. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to build a strong, reliable supply chain

  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company

  • Monitoring and managing supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards

  • Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities and expenditures

  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand and meet their procurement needs

  • Implementing and continuously improving procurement processes and policies

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a procurement in Oil & Gas drilling industry.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Proficient in analysing data and generating reports to support procurement decision-making

  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
