The Opportunity Opportunity to work in R&D organisation Title: Senior Research Engineer Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm Nearest MRT: One North 6 month contract (renewable/convertible) Completion Bonus The Talent Bachelor/Master in Physics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics or industrial Experience in optical instrument design, prototyping and development Excellent with optical simulation and design principles Hands-on knowledge of optical components Understanding of optical spectroscopy and microscopy applications Min 5 years of industrial or research experience The Job Hands-on designed and built a custom optical microscopy system tailored to specific application needs Optimised system to balance cost efficiency with high-performance requirement Performed and conduct analysis of system performance including tolerance assessments and validation Conduct system design, automate system operation Assessed emerging use cases and develop system design requirements Next Step: Prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package.
