Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

To oversee, coordinate, and ensure the quality of M2M's software and application development projects executed by outsourced teams. This role acts as the technical bridge between non-technical Management and external developers, ensuring that projects meet agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight & Coordination
    - Monitor outsourced developers' progress, ensuring deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
    - Review and validate code quality, architecture decisions, and technical documentation.
    - Ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Technical Communication
    - Translate technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
    Act as the primary point of contact between the management and outsourced technical teams.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    - Conduct code reviews and identify improvement areas in performance, security, and scalability.
    Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and applicable compliance requirements.
  • Problem Solving & Risk Management
    - Identify technical risks early and work with outsourced teams to implement solutions.
    Provide technical advice on feature feasibility and scalability before development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:
    - Fresh graduates, impressive internship experience.
    - Proven experience managing remote or outsourced development teams.
  • Technical Skills:
    - Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., , Python, Java) and one frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
    - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API integrations.
    Familiarity with DevOps workflows, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Soft Skills:
    - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    - Detail-oriented with an ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.

  • Type: Part-time, remote
  • Hours: Flexible, estimated 10–20 hours/week depending on project stage
