As the Project Manager, you will lead the entire project life cycle from inception to handover ensuring smooth execution, cost efficiency, and quality delivery of high-end landed residential properties. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full project management cycle, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control. Collaborate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to align project objectives and timelines. Prepare project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely delivery. Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure construction works adhere to design specifications and regulatory requirements. Monitor and control project costs, resolve site issues proactively, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Ensure a smooth handover process including rectification of defects, documentation, and client walkthrough. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in residential construction, preferably landed property projects in Singapore. Familiar with local building regulations, BCA/URA requirements, and authority submission procedures. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.
