Description Training Operation Officer @ Bedok / Up $2800Duration: 1 + 1 year, extendable/convertible Working hours: 08.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) (To standby for ad-hoc class support on Saturday and weekday evening – under overtime claims) Job DutiesClass Logistics Prepare class materials including attendance sheets, exam slips, refreshments, and other logistics Ensure classroom readiness and trainer support Daily Operations Provide on-site and remote support for daily course activities Update attendance records and assessment results in the system Download and compile course evaluation feedback Customer & Course Support Handle customer enquiries related to contractor courses Assist with course registration via TMS and other platforms Ad-hoc Support Provide support for Saturday and evening classes when scheduled Assist with urgent operational tasks as assigned General Administration Maintain accurate records and documentation Support team with any other administrative duties as required Requirements Diploma in any discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
