Role Objective We are seeking passionate and driven Assistant Store & Service Manager to lead our dynamic retail team at Jewel Changi Airport . These roles are pivotal in shaping the customer journey, driving sales performance, and fostering a team culture that reflects On’s innovation and energy. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, excel in leadership, and have a passion for premium sportswear, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Support business performance: Work alongside the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, analyse customer trends, and optimize operations in this unique travel retail setting. Create a seamless shopping experience: Oversee floor operations, ensuring the store is visually compelling, well-stocked, and customer ready. Manage team efficiency: Oversee scheduling and payroll, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for peak and off-peak periods. Enhance team development: Train and mentor sales specialists, fostering a culture of passion and continuous learning. Lead in-store activations: Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and exclusive events tailored to travellers and local customers. Ensure compliance & security: Maintain loss prevention standards, audit compliance, and adherence to Singaporean retail regulations. Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience in premium/luxury sportswear or airport retail. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales trends and customer behaviours. Experience managing team schedules in variable-traffic environments. Available to work flexible hours aligned with Jewel Changi Airport’s extended operating hours. Strong leadership and operational expertise. Proficiency in retail technology and inventory management systems. Bachelor\'s degree preferred, with emphasis on business or retail management.
