Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Goods Delivery Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing great customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collection and delivery : Ensure all goods are collected and delivered on time to customers.
  • Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Reporting Issues : Report any delivery issues or concerns to the operations department immediately.
  • Loading and Unloading : Assist with loading and unloading of goods safely and efficiently.
  • Vehicle Maintenance : Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the company vehicle.
  • Additional Tasks : Perform ad-hoc delivery or collection of office documents as required.
Requirements:
  • A valid Class 3 driving license (minimum 2 years)
  • No traffic violation records
  • Familiarity with Singapore routes or ability to navigate using maps and directions
  • Able to carry at least 10kg of load
  • Friendly, responsible, and initiative-driven
  • On-the-job training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education level
  • Courier Services experience
  • Language skills: English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
