Job Title: Tower Crane Saddle Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tower Crane Saddle Operator to join our team.

About the Job

New candidates with no experience are welcome to apply for this challenging role as a Tower Crane Saddle Jib Operator. As part of our deployment schedule or work order assigned by the Operations Manager, Site Supervisors, you will be responsible for operating tower cranes safely and efficiently.

You must be willing to work long hours and not afraid of heights. This is a company-assigned job with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate tower cranes according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform pre-start checks on equipment and report any issues to site supervisors.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and operations managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of crane operation and maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in operating tower cranes or similar heavy machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to lift 25 kg and work at heights.
