Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP MM/PTP functional design and implementation across multiple projects and client engagements.
Manage full lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, blueprinting, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
This person will lead and manage a functional team on SAP implementation & rollout projects or SAP support & maintenance projects within the Procure to Pay functional area.
Oversee SAP project delivery and drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and cost-efficiency strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional specifications.
Understand and manage configuration dependencies and cross-functional module integration within SAP.
Provide leadership for SAP rollouts, upgrades, and support initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to project delivery methodologies and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
Over 11 years of hands-on SAP MM experience including MRP, Purchasing, Service Management, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.
Over 10 years' experience in PTP End-to-End process implementation across large-scale projects.
Over 8 years' experience of SAP project delivery leadership, including team and project management.
Over 8 years' experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and support.
5+ Full Life Cycle (FLC) SAP project implementations.
Expertise in SAP integration points across modules.
Experience working on S/4HANA projects.
Basic knowledge of Singapore localization.
Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred)
8+ years of experience in client-facing consulting engagements.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
Experience with SAP Fiori app implementations.
SAP S/4HANA certification(s) strongly preferred.
