As part of their continued growth in Southeast Asia, they are seeking an experienced Principal specialising in TMT to strengthen their Singapore office and lead engagements across the region. Role Overview The Principal will be a senior leader within the Singapore office, responsible for managing strategic consulting engagements, developing client relationships, and expanding the firm’s TMT practice across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders in telecom operators, digital platforms, tech firms, and media companies across the region, while leading high-performing consulting teams. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Business Development Serve as the senior contact for C-suite and senior executives across the TMT sector in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Drive business development efforts including proposal development, pitches, and identifying new growth opportunities. Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships across multiple markets. Lead and deliver end-to-end strategy and transformation engagements across Southeast Asia. Oversee problem structuring, hypothesis development, analyses, and final recommendations. Ensure high-quality deliverables and effective project governance. Coach, mentor, and develop consulting teams. Practice & Firm Building Grow the TMT practice by developing intellectual capital, sector insights, and thought leadership aligned with the SEA market. Contribute to recruiting, training, and capability development of the Singapore office. Shape the firm’s go-to-market strategy in priority SEA markets. Requirements 8–12+ years of management consulting experience focused on the TMT sector (experience in Singapore or wider Southeast Asia is essential). Background from a top-tier or strong boutique consulting firm preferred. Proven track record leading complex client engagements and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong business development capabilities, with exposure to commercial growth in the SEA region. Deep expertise in areas such as telecom strategy, 5G, digital platforms, cloud, emerging tech, OTT/media, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business models. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-ownership environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
