Overview We are looking for an Office Planning and Management Officer to be part of NSCC Corporate Services. The role focuses on overseeing day‐to‐day operations of the office and facilities. Job Responsibilities Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, repairs and general upkeep of office premises; ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations; manage office security, access control and emergency procedures; coordinate space planning, office moves and workstation assignment; act as point of contact with HQ A*STAR SpIA, LCAM for any ground‐level queries. Office Administration Management: Ensure smooth office day‐to‐day operations and manage supplies, utilities and equipment; review and implement SOPs to improve efficiency; coordinate with IT and HR for employee onboarding and office setup; manage budget and provision of office, pantry maintenance, supplies and services. Space Planning: Plan space for the organization to meet growing manpower needs; long‐term planning for space, infrastructure and administration for future grants; assist in other duties as assigned. Job Requirements At least 3 years of relevant experience in business administration, facilities and project management. Background in managing Data Centres / government facilities space planning would be advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast‐paced environment. Able to multi‐task and deliver results under tight timelines. Good command of MS Office applications.
