For more information, visit About the Collaboration and Partnership Team The Collaboration and Partnership team oversees the key relationships of strategic importance to the Temasek Trust ecosystem, in particular the relationships with public sector partners. The team will integrate external partners into our ecosystem and foster strategic alliances between them. The team will co-develop capacity-building capabilities with the respective Temasek Trust entities so as to synergise their efforts with the external partners. The goal is to leverage these combined strengths to achieve greater scale and impact. As this is a new function, we are looking for individuals who are excited about the potential the Temasek Trust family can make in promoting catalytic philanthropy, and energised by the ability to chart the directions for institutional relations as part of a new team. The Role KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the team to identify, research, and conceptualise different partnership approaches, to suit different partner characteristics and goals Manage the initial stages of the partnership pipeline, including proactive outreach and value proposition articulation Organise discussions which bring about better understanding of how different partners can come together to pursue shared goals Support the senior management team in their engagement with their counterparts in key partner organisations and collaboration between partner organizations and our internal teams Work closely with internal teams in Temasek Trust as core contributors to partnership initiatives. Support the team in delivery of reports, proposals and implement joint business plans with key partners to achieve shared goals and drive mutual growth. Assist in the identification and due diligence of prospective partners Provide support for the evaluation and selection of strategic alliances REQUIREMENTS: IDEAL EXPERIENCE 5 to 10 years of working experience Experience in project and stakeholder engagement Understanding of Sustainable Development Goals and philanthropy KEY ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's and/or Master's degree(s), preferably in economics, or environmental studies Able to work independently, and yet be a good team player in a small, dynamic team Good analytical and communication skills, able to put together ideas, write, listen and persuade Knowledge of Southeast Asia will be an advantage Applications will be processed on a rolling basis and accepted until 31 Oct 2025Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Environmental Services and Government Administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
