Overview
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced
Talent Acquisition Associate
to join a dynamic financial services business. This is a hands-on, independent contributor role suited to someone who knows the financial services market inside and out and is ready for a fresh challenge. This is a fast-paced, high-touch environment, so we're seeking someone calm under pressure, confident in their ability, and motivated by meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle across mid-to-senior level roles, including occasional graduate campaigns
Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide tailored sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and manage candidates through the pipeline with speed and precision
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience
Take a data-driven approach to reporting, market mapping, and process improvement
Contribute to employer branding and internal recruitment initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience in financial services recruitment (either in-house or agency)
Strong understanding of asset management, banking, and/or capital markets hiring
Track record of independently managing full-cycle recruitment across functions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preference will be given to candidates with hands on experience in stable, mature markets (e.g., Australia, South Africa, U.S, UK)
