Parcel Perform is looking for a talented Senior Sales Operations Executive to join us in our Singapore office to unlock the growth potential of our business worldwide. Reporting directly to our Commercial Director based in Singapore, in this role you will be a key member of our Sales team which helps drive initiatives across the Sales teams globally. This is a hybrid role based in Singapore. WHAT YOU WILL DO Define, track and analyze key sales performance metrics, funnel activities, reporting and KPIs for the Sales team, such as pipeline growth, conversion rates and revenue forecast for sales leadership to advise forecasting and day-to-day decisions Own and manage our sales CRM Hubspot across the entire organization and build insightful dashboards while smartly integrating our wide range of sales enablement tools (e.g. Cognism, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others), implement changes and enhancements for existing and new tools as needed. Develop and upgrade sales collateral and materials including but not limited to pitch decks, sales scripts, playbooks, product documents, etc. Collaborate with global sales team to support the sales process by shaping our commercial go-to-market approach, pricing strategy, and own the creation and roll-out of commercial offers and contracts Ensure full end-to-end process optimization, commercial offer generation, knowledge management of new and existing sales team members. Collaborate with the sales enablement team to drive successful and effective onboarding for new sales team members, including organizing training and onboarding sessions. Act as key liaison between the global sales team and internal stakeholders, closely collaborating with other departments - including our global marketing team, legal team and finance team. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience working cross-functionally in sales operations, sales enablement or related roles, ideally in a tech or fast-growth company. Candidates with 4-6 years of experience will be considered for the Manager position. Strong understanding of best practices relating to Sales Operations and Enablement process and systems. Competency in business software such as Google Suite and CRM tools such as Hubspot. Experience with sales enablement tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will also be a plus. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven ability for reporting and analysis. Excellent prioritization, project and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills, able to think logically in a systematic manner. An eagerness to analyze data & provide recommendations to help optimize sales campaigns and maximize sales. Strong communicator and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
