Senior Executive, Strategic Planning and Policy Division (1-year contract)Join to apply for the Senior Executive, Strategic Planning and Policy Division role at Ministry of Law, Singapore . Overview You will be part of the SGLaw200 Secretariat, supporting the Ministry's efforts to commemorate the Bicentennial Anniversary of Singapore's modern legal and judicial system in 2026. This milestone marks 200 years since the establishment of our legal foundations and offers a unique opportunity to reflect on how our legal system has served Singaporeans and contributed to Singapore's progress. What You Will Be Working On Provide planning and coordination support for the community engagement products and events to commemorate the Bicentennial Anniversary (e.g. heritage trail, roving exhibition, student competitions, incorporation of these into community events). Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, support content review, and general support as required (e.g. on-site event support). Qualifications and Skills Minimum 1‐2 years of work experience in event organisation and planning. Excellent organisational and interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken. Keen eye for detail and able to multi‐task. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong stakeholder management skills. Fast learner who can navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, fast‐moving environment. Creative thinker with a proactive attitude toward problem‐solving and event planning. Key Competencies (Project Execution): Plan and execute projects effectively and efficiently. (Project Timeline Management): Manage project timelines to achieve objectives. (Internal Stakeholder Alignment): Drive alignment on approaches among key stakeholders. (Co‐create & Co‐deliver with External Stakeholders and Vendors): Mobilise stakeholders and vendors to co‐create and co‐deliver solutions.
