Finance Manager (Full Sets - AP, AR, GL, Reporting)Our client is a leading multinational organization headquartered in Singapore, managing operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. They specialise in providing innovative industrial automation and control solutions designed to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance in diverse industries. The Role We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial management, reporting, and compliance activities. This position plays a key role in budget planning, financial analysis, and supporting management with insights and advice for sound business decision‐making. Responsibilities Oversee financial operations and assist management with APAC financial matters. Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses for management review. Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and treasury operations. Handle Accounts Receivable control and credit management. Ensure compliance with HQ reporting requirements (monthly and quarterly reporting packages). Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvement. Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary. Oversee stock take exercises, interim and final audits. Manage staff payroll, CPF contributions, and employee‐related financial matters. Handle HR administration including annual leave, medical leave, and recruitment. Ensure compliance with MOM guidelines and company policies. Manage statutory compliance with local authorities (corporate tax, GST, secretarial matters, etc.). Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including managing a full set of accounts and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance (e.g., CPF/EPF, SOCSO, payroll). Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
