Job Description: Direct Marketing Crew (Travel & Learn Program) Overview The Direct Marketing Crew - Travel & Learn program is designed for ambitious, energetic individuals who want to build real-world marketing skills while exploring new places. Team members will travel to different locations once trained and qualified as part of a mobile marketing crew, engaging directly with customers, promoting brands, and learning hands-on sales and communication techniques in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Promote products and services through face-to-face marketing in designated locations (events, expos, residential areas, business campaigns, or pop-up activations). Engage customers with clear product knowledge, compelling storytelling, and strong interpersonal communication. Travel with the marketing team to new cities or regions as scheduled for field campaigns. Achieve daily and weekly performance targets , including sales goals and customer acquisition metrics. Represent the brand professionally , maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times. Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, leadership, sales psychology, and personal development.
