The Role As a Cleaning Technician, you will: Perform blasting, chemical cleaning, steam cleaning, and vibro polishing on aircraft components. Operate cleaning equipment and tools in accordance with safety standards. Assist the cell leader in managing production work-in-progress (WIP) and operational equipment. Ensure cleanliness and quality of components before further processing. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and job status. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Work in a hot environment and handle physically demanding tasks. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Uphold workplace safety and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. What Are We Looking For?We’re seeking candidates who: Are prepared to work in a hot and industrial environment . Are willing to work rotating shifts including weekends if required. Are hardworking, reliable , and eager to learn. Can follow instructions and work independently or in a team. Have basic mechanical or technical aptitude (training provided). Are safety-conscious and detail-oriented. Have prior experience in industrial cleaning or blasting (preferred but not required).
