Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as Director of Sales. This senior role will be responsible for leading our international sales team and developing comprehensive strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive international inbound business growth, identifying market trends and opportunities across regions.
  • Lead annual planning, revenue forecasting, and goal setting aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with overseas travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and OTAs.
  • Drive business development activities and lead negotiations for group series, ad-hoc group travel, and FIT programs.
  • Represent the company at global travel trade shows and networking events to enhance brand presence and partnership development.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the international sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture within the sales department.
  • Act as the senior contact for key clients and partners, ensuring strong relationship management and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, performance metrics, and market penetration reports to ensure consistent progress toward targets.
