The Convert Team at Binance provides a user-friendly interface for seamless token conversions and trading. The team aims to improve trading models and user experiences, offering solutions like algorithm bots, guaranteed execution prices, and bespoke products. As a Quantitative Developer, you’ll contribute to improving the trading system infrastructure and collaborating with trading and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities Software Development : Engage in the full life cycle of software development including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Technical Expertise : Utilize strong technical skills to deliver high-quality production code. Model Enhancement : Collaborate with the Convert Team to enhance the effectiveness of trading models. Product Development : Work with trading and operations teams to develop new products and improve existing ones. System Infrastructure : Establish and improve the trading system infrastructure to handle large-scale positions and orders. Problem Solving : Identify system bottlenecks and bugs, implementing solutions to address issues. Flexible Availability : Be available during flexible hours to address production emergencies as needed. Requirements Experience : 3+ years of experience in the full lifecycle of project development for Java applications. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of software design, architecture, development, and integration, including event processing models, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, web services, and REST. Trading Systems : Experience with algorithmic trading systems, investment banks, hedge funds, trading firms, or brokerages is highly preferred. Education : A degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a Mathematics/Algorithm-related field is a plus. Location : Flexibility for location, but candidates in Asian time zones are preferred.
