Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to understand external factors and global trends impacting organisational performance. Articulate business context, and work with ambiguity and loosely defined problem spaces to synthesise data points and ground realities. Working Effectively with Stakeholders : Build and maintain strategic partnerships across Public Service agencies to drive public sector transformation. Influence and align diverse stakeholders towards common transformation goals. Have the ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
