Accounting & Reporting (A&R) Test Manager
to lead the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for global finance transformation initiatives. This role is a critical part of a multi-year
Future Finance Programme (FFP)
aimed at modernizing finance operations, leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, and driving automation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
test strategy, planning, and execution
for A&R workstream delivery across multiple business units.
Oversee testing phases, including
unit, functional, E2E, SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and non-functional testing .
Develop and manage the
test plan, milestones, and dependencies , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor
test progress , document results, and manage risks and issues.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, programme leads, and business stakeholders
to ensure seamless execution.
Drive
standardization, automation, and efficiency
in testing processes to support finance transformation goals.
Manage onshore and offshore test teams, ensuring effective execution and defect resolution.
Prepare and present
test status reports, completion reports, and key findings
to leadership.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience
in test management and project execution, preferably in finance transformation projects.
Strong expertise in
Oracle Cloud ERP solutions , including general ledger and sub-ledger design.
Proven experience in managing testing across
multiple teams, locations, and project phases .
Solid understanding of
finance data, systems, and processes .
Strong
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
Preferred:
Insurance industry experience, global delivery team management, and relevant testing certifications.
