About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil & Structural (C&S) Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in structural design and engineering management, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in power plant, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee C&S design activities for power generation and industrial projects. Prepare and review structural calculations, design drawings, and specifications in compliance with local and international codes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and project management units to ensure design integration and constructability. Review and approve structural deliverables from design institutes, consultants, and subcontractors. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to junior engineers and designers. Support tendering, project planning, and on-site engineering activities when required. Liaise with clients, authorities, and external consultants to ensure design compliance and approval. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in C&S design, preferably within the power plant, industrial, or energy infrastructure sectors. Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (Eurocode, BS, ACI, etc.). Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
